This policy explains what information is processed when you visit Mappy NES Online (the "site").

Information we don't collect

The site has no accounts, sign-up forms or comment features. We don't ask for your name, email address or payment details.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses, browser type and requested pages to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Data stored on your device

The game emulator stores your settings and any save states in your browser's local storage (IndexedDB/localStorage). That data stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can delete it by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

Analytics

The site does not currently use analytics. If we add an analytics service, we'll update this section before it goes live.

Advertising

The site does not currently show ads. If we add advertising, we'll update this section and, where required, ask for your consent before any advertising cookies are used.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EEA/UK or state privacy laws in the US), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Because we don't hold accounts or contact details, most data related to your visit is held by the third-party services above. You can exercise your rights directly with them, or contact us at the contact address listed on our About page and we'll help where we can.

Children

The site isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We'll update this page when the services we use change, and revise the "Last updated" date.
